After playing an on-line video game for almost 3 years with others throughout the world, we decided it'd be a good idea if we could meet one another in person. 13 of us could actually afford the time, and lived close enuf to each other (close being a relative term vis a vis 13 hour drive). |
| Of course, most of the conversation focused on a little game called EQ. When new things were mentioned, everyone listened with rapt attention. |

We stayed up well beyond midnight. Can't remember the exact time... and I wasn't even drinking! |

Thankfully, due to the foresite of Almadine, our rooms were mostly together at the Ramada. This made it easy to pull out chairs and such to talk about EverQuest even longer. |
