History of Sparky

• Born May 7, 1967 at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada.
• Delivered by Dr. H. E. Aitken (nicest doc I ever met)
• Promptly relocated to that far-distant village known as Winona, Ontario, Canada.
• Lived on the wrong side of the tracks for his first 12 years.
• Moved in '79 two blocks to the "proper side" of the tracks, to an abode located right above Winona Park.
• Went to Winona Nursery School
• Winona Public School
• Winona High School (Go Purple and White!)
• (Didn't know about Winona State University in Minnesota until a few years ago or I would've gone)
• Mohawk College for Computer Systems Tech
• And was seen hanging around Redeemer College for an English major, Religion and Poli Sci minor. Didn't finish, but that's a story for another time
• Attended the Winona Peach Festival for years too numerous to count.
• Moved out of Winona in my 22nd year.
• Rectified that mistake by moving back to Winona in '98
• Got booted out of Winona in 2001. Well, no, but I moved into a cute little apartment in Hamilton.

• Middle child, situated between my older brother Brian, and my kid sister, Terry (middle child angst All Over The Place!!!! .. pause... no, not really)
• Engaged and very excited to be in the throes of wedding planning
• Full time employee of Laidlaw Education Services as a Tech Support Analyst
• No longer a member of Fruitland Christian Reformed Church, and it's a better church for it.
• Non-drinker, non smoker, non-drugger, not because I'm militant or anything--it's just my opinion that it's wrong, a waste of money, and the rewards don't even come close to the expenditure

• And an ENFP, according to the Keirsey test. So I'm an idealist with a web page

• Camping (cottaging these days, the body ain't what it used to be)

• Commodore Computers--was a passion but the company blew it, so now I just appreciate them

• American Pie, the movie...no, though it was cute... more the song I appreciate. And that web cam thing? Will never happen here so don't wait for it ;)

• People telling me I live in Stoney Creek

• Folks spouting that their brand of Christianity is the 'only road to God'--Hey newsflash, all of you can't be right--get it together
• Spending money I don't have--'k, I'm still working on that one
• 4 gig HD's that fail, taking all my digital pics with it

• Breakup plans (read above)
• Attractive women with self destructive personas--Why are you with him? He's abusive. Get out while you can
• Getting all my defenses up and having a Protoss grunt rush walk thru and destroy my town
• Intolerant, ignorant people who couldn't see the other side of their hand, yet alone an issue--but I forgive you

     Unlike Sir Winston Churchill, I do doubt myself, but have relegated that doubt to the "Oh well, life's too short and it does, sometimes unfortunately, go on" field of thought. The rest pretty much holds true. Inquire. I'm here for you.
